K. S. Ashok Kumar and Manjula Ashok Kumar ventured into integrated agriculture activities on the outskirts of Doddaballapur, near Bangalore, in 1997 by creating urban infrastructure in a rural area. This multifaceted enterprise has focused on sustainable and integrated farming practices. The achievements of the last two and a half decades stand as a testament to their success.

In 2007, Maa Integrator was established as an all-in-all-out, multi-location poultry breeding business with a vision to produce quality hatching eggs. Building on this foundation, Maa expanded its operations to include integrated horticulture and animal husbandry. The horticulture division emphasizes the cultivation of a diverse range of fruits, vegetables, and other crops using safe farming practices that prioritize the health of consumers.

The animal husbandry segment includes cattle rearing, dairy farming, and other livestock-related activities, ensuring a comprehensive approach to agriculture that supports both crop and animal production.
