Mr. Ashok Kumar and his dedicated team are the custodians of a meticulous breeding program designed to produce the healthiest and strongest broilers. At Maa Integrators, only the finest parent stocks are chosen, selected based on true genetic traits like growth rate, feed efficiency, and robust disease resistance. The firm operates as a franchise of Venco Research and Breeding Farm Pvt Ltd, specializing in the breeding of high-quality parent birds. These birds are carefully reared from day one until 68 weeks of age, during which they produce hatchable eggs through a meticulously managed breeding standard.

Since its establishment in 2007, the parent breeding all-in-all-out farms have steadily expanded their capacity, now producing over 25 million hatching eggs annually. A significant portion of these eggs is sold to the sister concern, Maa Farms, which is involved in hatching eggs and contract broiler farming in Karnataka. Maa Farms supports the livelihoods of several hundred contract poultry farmers across the state of Karanataka
